WEEK 3 (December 2 - December 6)

DAY 9

I reached the school at a 9:00 a.m. and signed the attendance register.  I had chemistry at the first period in 9:A I taught the topic supersaturated solution and growing crystals of the chapter solutions , which was LP-15.  I didn't get any substitution hours today.  At noon we went to serve food for students. At the first classes I felt some difficulties teaching Malayalam medium. I felt the some  unavailability of Malayalam terms during teaching but after two classes the terms are automatically come  in Malayalam. 

DAY 10

I reached the school at 9:00 a.m. and signed the attendance register. I  didn't had any period on Tuesday.  I got a substitution period at 10A which was third period there was a special assembly in school at this day. The assembly was for congratulating students who won competitions of district level kalotsavam and also district level sports. Municipality chairperson, PTA president where dignitaries in that assembly the students who won the competitions were welcomed to stage and congratulate each students. Today's assembly was inspiration and motivation for many students I got motivated and felt proud. 

DAY 11 

I reached the school at 9.00 a.m and signed the attendance register. Today I had a period at 9.A I took my LP 16 which was solubility and the factors affecting solubility of the chapter solutions of chemistry.  Today I didn't get the substitution hours. At noon we went into serve food. I was prepared with my lessons and I taught the topic through graphs and experiments. I felt more comfortable with the new class. I can manage the class, because the strength of the class is very low.  I improved my classes.  I tried to improve quality of my teaching. The students gave positive feedback that made me very happy.  I created a friendly relationship with the students. 

DAY 12

I reached the school at 9:10 a.m. and signed the attendance register. Today I got a period at 9:A which was actually substitution period. I taught my LP-17 that is true solutions,  suspensions of the chapter solutions of chemistry which was third period. Second terminal examination is coming on next week . So  I had to complete my portions before exam so I utilised substitution period for teaching. At a noon we went into serve food for students. I got a period for substitution at 8A it was substitution period for physical training. The PT substitution was another experience it was time to explore the school ground. there was beautiful place for sitting under Banyan tree that made me peaceful. I liked that very much. 

DAY 13

I reached the school at 9 a.m. and the signed the attendance register. I got a period at 9:A I taught the topic colloids  of solutions of chemistry which was my LP-18.  I completed the Christmas portion by teaching this topic at 9 the class.. After this day we will go for a break from school because the students have second  terminal examination on next week and followed by Christmas vacation then we will join the school on December 30.  I also got a period at 8C I took the revision on that class at noon we went into serve food for students. And also there was an carrier development expo in higher secondary section. I was prepared my lessons.  I understood how to maintain a class that A definitely will help me in future. I get more interested in teaching. created friendly atmosphere in classroom,  interacted with the students I made all over development in teaching. 

WEEKLY REFLECTION

This week was almost good. This week include a special assembly on Tuesday for congratulating the students who won district level ka kalotsavam and district level sports. I got classes for chemistry and physics I completed the portion for second terminal examination which will held on next week and we will go for a break during second terminal examination and Christmas vacation I took some revision classes also in this week. 

CLASS REFLECTION

I learned how to engage the students in teaching learning process.  I planned to make class more interesting. I adopt myself with a classroom environment. I realised my mistakes and try to reduce those during teaching. I gave more emphasis to content I will study the content thouroghly before taking class also I participated all programs in school.  I felt positive changes in teaching I understood the importance of this job. I sincerely teach my lessons in school through each class.  I felt all over development in my teaching style teaching attitude and teaching strategies.
