WEEK 5 ( 30/09/24 - 4/10/24)

Day 15

Today I went to college for signing my lesson plans and submitting my works after that I reached the school at 10:30am and signed the attendance register. Today I didn't got period to takes class . I got a substitution period at 9A, which was 7th period. I was already prepared with my lessons. Today was competitions for science fair and exhibition. The participants engaged in chart competitions, still models and working models. The remaining students were in class. At noon we served food for students.

Day 16

Today I reached the school at 9:15 a.m. and signed the attendance register. I got period 8C which was 6th period I taught the topic photochemical reactions of the chapter chemical changes of chemistry which was my lesson plan - 13. I showed the ICT videos and gave activity cards it was the period after lunch so students are almost sleepy at first,  after sometime they became active. So need more energy to seek attention of the students after lunch break. At noon we went serve food for students. 

Day 17 

I reached the school at 9:00 a.m. and the signed the attendance register.  Yesterday was October 2nd Gandhi jayanti, as part of it, today was sevanadhinam in school. After first period all students of the school cleaned the classrooms, ground, computer labs, library ect.  After lunch break there was regular classes. And also part of Gandhi jayanti a Gandhi statue is placed the in front of the school. I got a period at 8C which was 6 period I taught types of frictions of the unit force of physics which was my lesson plan - 7. At noon we went to serve food for students.

Day 18 

I reached the school at 9:00 a.m. and signed the attendance register. I had a substitution at the second period at 10D and I got 3rd period for teaching chemistry and 7th period for teaching physics.  At 3rd period I taught the topic electrochemical chemical reactions of unit chemical changes, which was my lesson plan 14. At 7th period I taught topic thrust and pressure of chapter force of physics which was my lesson plan -8. At noon we went to serve food for students.

WEEKLY REFLECTION

This week was almost good. There was a holiday for Gandhi jayanti in this week. I got four periods to teach in this week and I got some substitutes hours also. Monday I got only substitution periods. Tuesday I got a period to teach photochemical reactions of chemical changes of chemistry. Wednesday was Gandhi jayanti. Thursday I got a period to teach types of friction of unit force of physics. Friday I got two periods for chemistry and physics I taught electro chemical reactions of chemistry and thrust and pressure for physics. In this week as part of Gandhi jayanti the school was celebrated sevanadhinam and the cleaned the school campus on Thursday and also there was an interesting factor that a Gandhi statue is placed in front of the school office.

CLASS REFLECTION

It was difficult to manage the behaviour of students during teaching. I learned the management of classroom and how to engage the whole class on the topic and I tried to learn how to make class classes interesting. I thought that my chemistry classes are more better than physics classes.substitution period also helped to interact with the students. Almost I were adjusted with the school atmosphere.
